Absolute Boyfriend (Zettai Kareshi)

OMG!!!! I can't believe I have not
written about this before! TT_TT
It is one of my all-time favorite mangas,
and it was the first Japanese drama
that i ever saw (during junior year of
high school. grade 11)!

Release: 15 April 2008
Alternative Title: 絶対彼氏
Genre: Comedy, Romance
Japan Casts:Aibu Saki, Hayami Mokomichi,
Irie Jingi, Maya Miki, Mizushima Hiro <3,
Nakamura Shunsuke, Sasaki Kuranosuke
Summary:
Izawa Riko is a temp worker in search of
a boyfriend, and she ends up in possession
of a "robot" known as Night Tenjo, who is
programmed to be the perfect boyfriend.
However, this creates a love triangle with
a distinguished young man at her company who
has feelings for her. Oh no.

As you will see here,
you can also notice some of the same actors/
actresses from other dramas/movies I have
talked about in this blog. ^.<
Now, that I am watching more dramas, it seems
like Hiro's face just pops up everywhere! wtf?
I mean, is he that good actor that he has to
have a role in almost everything i see???? Just
asking...>_>. He's hot anyways, so I am not
complaining.

Antique Bakery Live Action Movie

Andy Gillet as Jean-Baptise Evan
Genre: Drama, Comedy

I never thought i'd have to say this,
but the movie is actually
better than the manga. xD
Well, considering
I am not really into yaoi manga, because
they make the characters so "feminine",
that they seem like lust-seeking,wimpy women.
But, that is not the point! xD
The movie is the same: 4 guys who are working
in a small bakory shop. The owner has a
childhood past that he cannot get over,
the chef and the owner used to go to
high school together and the chef 'used' to
have a crush on him. The young helper in
the kitchen used to be a boxer, and the quiet
but mysterious servant (who worked for the
owners family) had suddenly arrived to the
picture. What quirky thing comes next?
And.....they're really hot. xD

I guess if you like comedies about gay men,
and love pastries (yumm), this is the
movie for you. ^^b

100 Days With Mr.Arrogant

Alternative Title: My Love Sagaji / slave love
/ 내 사랑 싸가지
Release: 16 January 2004
Time: 95 minutes
Korean Cast: Kim Jaewon ... Ahn Hyung-jun,
Ha Ji-won ... Kang Ha-yeong ,
Kim Tae-hyeon ... Yeong-eun,
Han Min ... Hyeon-ju,
Kim Chang-wan ... Ha-yeong's Father,

Kim Ji-yu,
Kim Min-kyeong,
Lee Eung-kyung ... Ha-yeong's Mother

" After being dumped by her boyfriend just
before their 100 day anniversary, Ha-Young
(Ha Ji-Won) meets a college guy named Hyung-Joon
when she accidentally kicks a can that hits him
in the face and causes him to scratch his Lexus.
He demands she pay him $3000 on the spot.
She escapes from him, leaving her wallet behind.
Hyung-Joon stalks her, demanding money to pay for
his car. Since she is a poor high school student
Hyung-Joon writes up a “Enslavement Agreement” for
Ha-Young in order to pay for the damage to his car.
Ha-Young is thrown into a nightmarish slave life
for 100 days, cleaning his house, running his errands,
doing his homework and cleaning his car.
By accident she finds out that the damage to
Hyung-Joon’s car only costs $10! She then takes her
revenge. However, before she knows it Hyung-Joon
shows up at her house as her new tutor! He once again
takes advantage of her, but soon Ha-Young finds
herself falling head over heels for Hyung-Joon. But
what happens when he drops out of her life just when
she needs him most? "

Honestly, I don't think this movie is very good. That
whole story about the girl working her ass of, and the
buy being a huge jerk...it really pisses me off! I
didn't even end up watching the whole movie since
it bored me so much. So, I'm just putting this out
here to see what you think???
I'm not sure. Many people like this movie, but I
just don't see why.

So,....wikipedia has a rediculously long
summary (synopsis) on this drama, which then,
it defeats the purpose for it being a SUMMARY!
Maybe my summary will help you. Although,
if you feel like it is not 'enough', go search
at wikipedia or some other website for more
info on the story.
Basically, Joo Yoo Rin (Lee Da Hae) works as
a tour guide in Jeju Island, South Korea. Her
father has a long history of gambling, and
ripping people off, but she manages to go
through them all. Meanwhile, Seol Gongchan is
still trying to find his lost cousin because
his grandfather is dying (and it's his last wish
to see her).

Through one of Joo Yoo Rin's father's
problem, she ends up meeting Seol Gongchan at
his summer home. Seol Gongchan gets the crazy
idea of 'hiring' her as his cousin, so hopefully
the grandfather wont die, and it gives him more
time to find the real lost cousin. But after
some time, Joo Yoo Rin start liking Seol Gongchan
more than just a hired cousin, and maybe Seol likes
her back? Will they ever find the real cousin?
And what about Seol Gongchan's famous tennis player
girlfriend Kim Seo Hyun (Park Si Yeon)? And
how does the hottie Lee Jun Ki fit into this picture?

Smoke

I am writting from the computer in school library. >.<
There is not a lot of privacy, so I will keep this
short.
There is a rule: "If smoke, you have to be 25feet
away from the door". Obviously no one follows this.
When I walk out of the doors, to go to bus stop,
I smell smoke.
If side door to 'lounge area outside' is opened, the
smell of smoke comes inside, to the hallway.
If someone in my class smokes, the smell stays on
their clothes and breath. Yuck!
I'm sick and tired of these people.

When I wait for the bus, there is always someone
smoking next to other people who are not smoking!!!!
Yesterday, I told a guy to smoke some other place
unless he really wants everyone else to die with him.
He looked at me like I was crazy. I didn't care. He
made a rude comment, and left. Mission acomplished. ^^v

Don't ask other people, "Do you smoke? Do you mind
that I am smoking?". wtf people?
If I smoked, I would be smoking with you. And of
course people would mind! Such a stupid question. (> .>)

Nothing-ness xD

So, I still have homework,
I just don't want to do it. xD
Then, when I AM bored, i think,
"maybe I should do my homework".
Is it bad to procrastinate? >_>?

I really just don't feel like doing
anything, unless it has to do with
studying japanese. And that class
will not start until next semester. TT_TT
I wonder if Teacher Shingo teaches
kanji in 1101 class... Then I will
REALLY have to study. xD

Just found out I got B in philosophy
test (Friday). Woho! I only got 4
questions wrong, and 1 of the questions
was the 1 that I knew I was not going
to get. xD But, didn't fail. ^^
This Thursday? More testing. =_= For
Career Development class.
and English class? My teacher is still
mean as always. >_>

::My schedule after school end::
wait for 12:59pm bus to Naperville
Train Station ---> wait for train that comes
at 1:33pm(more or less)---> get off train
---> walk home (about 6-7 minutes or less).
When I walked home today, it was so cold!!!!
>.< I could not feel my fingers, or
my feet. Tired?もっと Good news? Did not
have to pay for train today. xD

A new singing boy band...from America?

Jake Lauckern, Michael Rechner and
Kyron Correia, who range between the ages of 16 and 20.
(No wonder one of the blond guy looks so old. xD)
I really felt I should post about this,
since the song writer song the song "You're My Melody"
to not just SM Entertainment, but to WOW also.
I was kind of disappointed because most Americans
will not know that there is a group around the globe
singing this same song. Hmm....sad.
So, here they are.

Sook Kang continues to keep wooing her, irregardless
of her living in the past. Can their futures lead to
a happy ending?""

I think it was ok... Not greatest movie, but entertaining.
It's nice how they added they guy from [Super Junior] as
one of the main characters, other than in the TV show
[We Got Married].
One of the stricking things you will notice, is the fact
that this guy [Yun-woo Kim] is 30 years old!!!! I thought
that was a little.....odd.
Nonetheless,
its a good movie, but I would not expect too much from it.

out on...the 1st episode xD), he is able
