It's really a good movie, and I personally did not conclude the ending. I was so shocked, I was like O.O

Beginnings Of Summer
Sorry that I haven't posted anything in a while. School gets in the way....especially when you add homework due in every class + procrastination = one hell of a mess. xD I brought it up on myself anyways so I'm just dealing with it. I have no complaints. Well maybe if I actually did my homework on-time....that would make things work out better. Anyways, yes I do have some free time even through all this chaos. Actually, one of my close friends told me there's a drama for one of my fave mangas (that just happens to be one of his favorites too), so I'm watching that now. Marmalade Boy? Heard of it? ( aka 橘子醬男孩 / Ju Zi Jiang Nan Hai ) Released in 2002 with a taiwanese cast and a total of 30 episodes (i know! wow!!), it's mostly about family issues and how it brings these two together. ^^ I don't know if I'm actually enjoying the drama because I've already read the manga like 4 times already. I guess it's just fun to watch and see how the producers put the story together compared to the book. And you know, their names are translated so that's a little twist right there. A lame one but a twist nonetheless.
To watch Marmalade Boy click here .
Besides watching Marmalade Boy, I've started watching this new drama called Personal Taste. Other websites have it under 'Personal Preference', but it's the same thing anyway. I've tried to get my friend to watch it, but I guess he just doesn't like pretty boys in general.... T.T The drama is really good too! TT_TT It even has the main actor from another kdrama called Boys Before Flowers.
Personally I prefer the japanese drama, simply because it's a lot closer to the story from the manga and I don't like how the korean version because makes it seem like these jerks that run the school really are cruel with nothing else to do except bully people. I don't know, to me they just make the situation a little bit too extreme for me.
[ For Hana Yori Dango watch here: 1st Season, 2nd Season, Final Movie. For korean version 'Boys Over Flowers' watch here. ]
But back to what I was originally talking about!!!! Personal Taste released in 2010; broadcasted on MBC as we SPEAK, it's about a guy, Jeon Ji Hon, who pretends to be gay in order to stay at the SangGaelJae. Meanwhile, the owner has a habbit for sloppiness, and not being the most flashy girl.
I guess you just have to see the drama to know the other details of the story. Basically the first episode starts out like this= girl has a girl roommate. girl finds out her roommate is about to marry her boyfriend who's also ends up breaking up with her. girl finds out her best friend took a BUNCH of money from her to invest in what he thought was a good deal, but ends up being swindled by gangsters, and runs away. What is this girl to do with a broken heart and an empty bank account? To watch Personal Taste, click here.

In The Process of Making My Decision A Fact!
As of now, I'm not sure what I'm going to watch next
since the time before spring break [in college] tends to
be very busy, and I really need to get my math grade up.
Otherwise, I'll be forced to leave the class....not good!
And, from this thursday [mokuyoubi] I will start taking
Japanese classes in Chicago city. So much for that extra time. :P
But oh well, it's worth it.
I was thinking about watching something like:
Kami no Shizuku with one of my so-so favorite actors,
but I'm still not sure. I'm on the last episode of Pasta so
I don't know if i want to watch another one about food.
But who knows right? Oh, and btw. For all the girls out
there who like Pasta, you'll definitely like episode 13. :P
The guys take their shirts off!
In other news, I had watched Nobuta wo Produce.
since I found myself in a similar position. [Just found out
that one of my friends likes me.]
story, and I fell into a crush with one of the actors again. ;)
My story? Right now I'm going out with someone, but
recently got really pissed and many things that he did. I told
him about it too, but he doesn't seem to understand my
viewpoint of it. But let me take you waaayyyy back!
Before I even asked him out the first time, I was hesitant
about it because I was kinda crushing on someone else at
the same time [though I got the vibe that this person just
wanted me as a friend], so that's how I made my decision
to go out with the one I am currently with. But now, that
situation has changed. This is the second time that I am going
out with this person. I don't know why I asked him out again,
because since the beginning I just wanted to be friends.
But anyways, so the person I had mentioned earlier just
happens to be my friend now who I just found out likes me?
Maybe I heard wrong....but it would have been nice if he
told me that LONG before all this crap happened.
But don't get me wrong. :P
He asked me if he was just a nice guy like in the video,
and I told him that there is potential for him to jump to
the other latter.
Want to know what video he was talking about?
Here it is! Blam! [lol, i know. I'm a nerd]

Kiina: Impossible Crime Investigation
I'm a bit sad to end watching this drama.
It was really good too! ほんとにいいでした!
I wonder if they will make a second series...
Well,
now it's time to start another one. ^^v ね?
Introducing....KIINA
Alternate Title: キイナ:不可能犯罪捜査官:/ Impossible Crime Investigator
Genre: Mystery, Detective, Comedy
Episodes: 9
Release: January 29 2009
Theme Song: Change The World by: Michi
Summary: Haruse Kiina seems like a normal 29y.o. at first glance, but in fact,
she is head of a special investigation unit dealing with strange cases.
Remember the actress from Hataraki Man ?
She is in this drama too, and as usual she is a workaholic.
She forgets to eat and sleep, until the case is solved.
You would like a job like that right? xD just kidding...
Anyways, this will be the drama I will watch for the time being.
Now that school is starting, maybe this will encourage me not to eat and sleep
until I finish my work. xD

If this one is interesting,
you may also like MR. BRAIN drama.

My Girl (Asahi)
Alternate Title: マイガール
Genre: Family, Drama, Everyday
Episodes: 10
Theme song: My Girl by Arashi
Release: 9 October 2009
Summary:
23 year old Kazama Masamune (Masaki Aiba) finds out his high school girlfriend who left him,
died in an accident. And for more shocking news, she also had a daughter that
she didn't tell him about. Now, Masamune must raise her.

The drama is very sweet, and family oriented. I wouldn't mind trading my life,
for this one. Anyways, it's not bad and most times it tries to be optimistic.
Probably even a drama I wouldn't mind watching with friends and family.
Official Website (japanese) not that hard to figure out
Watch Here Please watch. Do you want to let down this poor girl?

Honey and Clover
Although I had a poster of the manga version on my bedroom door,
I never bothered to watch it, or even read it.....even though they had it
on ShojoBeat Magazine. I guess I am a bit prejudice about manga that
doesn't look good. If the drawings look really bad (in my eyes), I tend
not to read it. Most of the time, atleast...
But this time, I changed! (=^=)O
Since I do not have much time for reading for fun, I decided to start watching
the drama of Honey and Clover. --> ハチミツとクローバー, Hachimitsu to Kurōbā [Release: 8.1.2008 Theme Song: Canvas by Hirai Ken
It's actually very entertaining, and I couldn't help but notice one of the actors from Hana Kimi, another from Atashinchi no Danshi, and the young actress that played in the movie Gigolo Wanabe. It's so awesome to point these things out now!! I'm so excited about it.!.
When I went to Mitsuwa Marketplace,
I felt so proud of myself because I recognized a lot of the actors on the magazines. Even my boyfriend is a bit surprised from all that I know now. Last week, he asked ''how the hell do you know these things?''. Yeah, it sounds a bit prejudice, but he wasn't completely serious when he asked.
Anyways, the story takes place with 5 young adults in college, and the things they go through. The story is mostly seen through the perspective of Takemoto Yuta [played by Ikuta Toma<--- so hot!!!], and how it takes him a bit to confess his feelings...if he ever does.
I am still watching it, since I have this HUGE freedom paper I am working on for English class. So, I do not have as much free time to tell you more details about it. Nonetheless, it's really good (from what I am seeing right now), and I'm sure any girl would like it. It's mostly geared to girls/ teenagers and maybe those in college. Unless some guy out there likes to see these type of things, then go for it! Maybe I'll motivate my mom to watch some of these. xD or start a drama club at school. yea....right.

Hataraki Man
Hiroko Matsukata is a busy woman in the magazine business, with no time for romance. Therefore, she is known as 'Hataraki Man' (a.k.a working man).
She is at the right age to get married and finally settle down. But will her relationship with Shinji be enough for this hataraki man?
Title: 働きマン/ Hataraki Man
Genre: Work, Romance, Comedy
Theme Song: Ukiyo CROSSING by UVERworld
Ending Song: Hataraki Man Ondo by Hataraki Mitsuru
I really enjoyed this drama. Also because it has the actor from Absolute boyfriend! OMG! xD Anyways, it may sound boring because of the 'work' part, but you don't need to know much. It's not like one of those dramas that only centers on work, and half the time you don't know what the heck they're talking about. In this one, you also see Matsukata as a human being that doesn't know whether to choose work, or a life with Shinji.
And, I just HAD! to tell you the songs for this drama! As soon as I find them, I am definitely adding it to my Ipod. Plus, the ending song is so hilarious! There is a group of guys that do the same dance after every episode, in working suits. And to make it more funny, the main dancer in the front, has an afro going on. That's different for a japanese guy right? xD And is it just me or is Matsukata's best friend not just japanese? To me, she looks like a mix between something.... like half japanese half caucasian. Or I could be imagining things... > .>
Either way, the drama is really funny and I'm sure anyone would like it for its comedy (or something else).
